Encore Partners with Geothermal Engineering Design Firm

Encore Energy Systems Inc., a diversified energy company, and RAY Engineering, a mechanical and geothermal engineering design firm, have formed a strategic alliance in which RAY Engineering will provide Encore Energy with geothermal design and engineering services.

CEO and Founder of RAY Engineering Richard Yates commented: “This alliance with Encore Energy should help with the expansion of geothermal systems in the United States. Geothermal systems not only reduce energy costs for buildings by as much as 40 to 70% but in many instances the first cost of a geothermal system is less than a conventional system.”

Encore’s primary focus is to provide energy efficient technologies to commercial and institutional markets that result in significant energy and cost savings. The company has been experiencing unprecedented demand with a current aggregate sales pipeline value of over $255,000,000.

“In order to meet this anticipated growth and demand for our solutions, we have entered into a strategic partnership with one of the country’s premier mechanical and geothermal engineering companies,” added Yates.

The company’s geothermal marketing unit, DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. has geothermal installations in Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, Montana, South Dakota, Mississippi, California and Texas.
