Consolidated Biofuels Plans First of Six Biodiesel Plants

[] Consolidated Biofuels, an alternative fuel producer, signed a consulting agreement with Core Ventures in which Core Ventures will oversee location, construction and operation of the company’s first biodiesel production facility, which is expected to produce 30 million gallons of biodiesel. Core Ventures will also assist Consolidated Biofuels in securing contracts for feedstock and chemical procurement, and contracts for sales of biodiesel and glycerin. The first of six facilities planned by Consolidated Biofuels, each one will use proven continuous flow process so as to be competitive with other larger facilities in the region. In addition, Consolidated Biofuels is investigating other applicable technologies to improve efficiencies as well as other feedstock sources to integrate into the new facilities.
