Biomass from NH Joins the Stock Exchange

[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Environmental Power of Portsmouth, N.H. has received approval from the American Stock Exchange to list its shares of common stock on the Exchange under ticker symbol “EPG”. The company expects to begin trading on December 27, 2004. Environmental Power develops, owns and operates renewable energy production facilities. The facilities produce energy from waste materials such as manure. Microgy Cogeneration Systems is the principal operating subsidiary of Environmental Power, and holds an exclusive license in North America for the development and deployment of a proprietary anaerobic digestion technology for the extraction of methane gas from animal wastes for its use to generate energy.
