Biodiesel Distribution Moving Eastward

[] NewGen Technologies will purchase three fuel terminals in the southeast U.S. with storage capacity exceeding 10 million gallons (an annual throughput capacity of more than 350 million gallons) for the distribution and storage of both traditional and alternative fuels, including biodiesel and ethanol blends. Located near existing fuel pipelines with railcar access, the three terminals to blend biodiesel with hydrocarbon fuels are positioned for distribution intended along the East Coast. NewGen expects the closing of this purchase, subject to financing and customary terms and conditions, to occur before year-end.
