Olga Cherny is an independent writer and Executive Editor at Mir Collection Publishing House in New York.
She emigrated from the former Soviet Union with a scholarship to Kent State University, where she completed her MBA in International Marketing. Upon graduation, she was hired by The Interpublic Group in New York to work on the developing markets in the post Soviet region.
She has been an anchor, investigative reporter, journalist, writer, editor and producer for Ethnic American Broadcasting Company and Russian Media Group, LLC in the New York Metro area.
Cherny speaks fluent Russian and Spanish. She conducts her interviews in three languages, and writes in two. She covers a wide variety of topics from international to national politics, culture, technology and business. Alternative technologies are her special interest. She lives in the New York Metro Area.
