Matthew T. Dobbins is a Partner in the Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group of the Houston office of Vinson & Elkins.  His practice focuses on environmental risk management, particularly in the context of large M&A transactions, project financings, and other investment opportunities.  He frequently counsels clients on complex regulatory issues arising from infrastructure development, as well as on the management of remedial liabilities.
