Guofu Chen
Guofu Chen is the systems engineering department manager at TAS Energy Inc. In this role, he leads a team of six (6) to support proposals and projects by providing process engineering and P&ID engineering. His focus is the functional methods (tools, procedures, process and techniques) to transform input to engineering deliverables (output), such as PFD, P&ID and process data sheets.
