Dr. Gary Rucinski is the Northeast Regional Coordinator for Citizens' Climate Lobby. Dr. Rucinski has worked for thirty years in the high tech industry in and around Boston, including co-founding a startup in 2000. His experience with entrepreneurship was formative in convincing him that the free market could contribute significantly to mitigating climate change if only the economic incentives were right. Since 2010 he has been working with CCL to fix incentives by putting a firm and predictable price on carbon dioxide. Dr. Rucinski holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Rochester, and a BA in Physics from Brandeis University. He lives in Newton, MA.
