China Taiwan fab majority of PV, increasing still in 2011

Navigant released its Solar Services Program annual report, "Photovoltaic Manufacturer Shipments, Capacity & Competitive Analysis 2010/2011." This year's report includes a chapter on CSP and CPV. The findings show that manufacturers in China/Taiwan increased capacity by 125% in 2010 over 2009, with shipments growing by 154% and capacity utilization of 79%.
