Luxembourg & Dongying, China [RenewableEnergyWorld.com] CNPV Solar Power SA has entered into a long-term strategic partnership sales agreement with German photovoltaic project development, installation and distribution company AE Photonics that builds roof-top and ground-based power plants
Under the terms of this strategic agreement, CNPV will supply AE Photonics with a total of 60 megawatts (MW) of high performance PV Modules from 2010 to 2012, which includes 10 MW of scheduled delivery during 2010. The remaining 20 MW and 30 MW are scheduled for delivery in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
“CNPV has an excellent reputation for delivering premium quality, high power output PV Modules and AE is proud of this new strategic partnership agreement with CNPV. We consider this as a continuation of our good relationship with CNPV to use their high performance and quality modules in our projects and to offer their premium service to our customers in Germany and rest of the Europe,” said Marco Lamsouguer, CEO of AE Photonics GmbH & Co. KG. “Renewable energy solutions will no doubt play an increasingly important role in the total energy mix, and AE is committed to supporting broader adoption of these technologies.”
At the end of March, CNPV entered into a long-term strategic sales agreement with CTS Solar GmbH, a south German photovoltaic company that develops rooftop and ground-based power projects.
Under the terms of this strategic agreement, CNPV will supply CTS Solar with a total of 21 MW of PV modules from 2010 to 2012, which includes 5 MW of scheduled delivery during 2010. The remaining 6 MW and 10 MW are scheduled for delivery in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
CNPV’s product portfolio includes both mono and polycrystalline silicon solar modules that come in both 60 and 72 cell models.
