Somers, New York [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] American United Global, Inc. completed the previously disclosed acquisition of ordinary shares of Kraft Rt., a Hungarian equipment manufacturing company headquartered in Budapest, engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of equipment used in the production of thin film based photovoltaic modules. Subsequent to the completion and acquisition and financing, on June 15, 2006, shareholders of the Company representing a majority of the outstanding voting stock of the Company authorized the Company to increase the authorized shares and change the company’s name to Solar Thin Films Inc. The Company will continue trading under “AUGB” until a name change and symbol change are finalized.
