Denver, Colorado [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Novan Renewable Technologies has acquired Sundance Power. Sundance will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Novan doing business under the name Novan Power, Inc. Sundance, which has projects for new housing under way in California and is developing projects in Colorado, provides solar photovoltaic (PV) design, engineering, and construction services for builders and developers, utilities, government agencies, and companies interested in grid-tied solar applications. Kirk Stokes, president of Sundance, has more than 20 years of renewable energy experience and will join Novan as president.
