According to Oregon SEIA Executive Director, Jon Miller, via the national Solar Energy Industries Association newsletter, the state of Oregon passed strong solar tax credits this morning. The legislation establishes a $3 per watt tax credit for PV systems, capped at $6,000, for ten years (until 2016).
