[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Stellar Energy Solutions, a photovoltaic integrator with offices in Wayne , N.J., and Auburn, Calif., has begun installation on what the company says is the first commercial PV system in the state of New Jersey since June of 2004. The system is a 116 KW installation using Schott 165 W modules combined with a SatCon 225 PowerGate Inverter. This installation at Capital Lighting in West Hanover is likely to be followed by future installations at the more than 20 other Capital Lighting outlets in the state. David Rose, President of Stellar also announced the beginning of a 148 kW system using Shell 165 W modules also combined with a SatCon 225 Inverter at Tehama Tire Services, in Red Bluff, Calif. This system will be the largest so far in Tehama County, according to Rose.
