April 28, 2004 [SolarAccess.com] Scott Sklar of the Stella Group was appointed as acting interim executive director of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) while the association’s board considers a new director. Glenn Hamer, SEIA’s executive director since January 2001 has taken on a new role with the Phoenix, Arizona-based solar photovoltaic company First Solar.
