September 26, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is considering developing a program to promote the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for homes in Connecticut. In order for the program to be successful and meet the diverse needs of the greatest number of Connecticut residents, input from the PV industry and other interested stakeholders is considered essential. CCEF requests that submissions be limited to a maximum of two pages. The full Proposed Residential PV Program Request for Public Comments and Expressions of Interest is available on the CCEF web site in PDF format. Comments from stakeholders must be submitted by October 10.
