August 27, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] Achievements in energy sustainability will be recognized at the Energy Globe Awards 2003. The prizes will be presented during a worldwide television broadcast from Gmunden, Austria, on November 12. Over 700 projects have been submitted from 78 countries participating for the competition. The winner of the title, “World Champion for Sustainability” will receive a prize of €10,000 (US$10,866).
