April 29, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] The Solar Systems Division of Sharp Electronics Corporation announced today the appointments of Matthew Lugar as manager of sales and John Hardwick as manager of training, effective immediately. Both positions are based in Huntington Beach, CA. Sharp Electronics Corporation is the U.S. sales and marketing subsidiary of Sharp Corporation of Osaka, Japan. Lugar is responsible for the division’s sales efforts, including business plan development and product marketing. He reports to Ron Kenedi, General Manager of the Solar division. Hardwick is responsible for managing the division’s training program, including curriculum development and contractors and sales network training. He reports to Arthur Rudin, director of engineering for the Solar Systems Division.
