April 2, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] WorldWater Corp. received a purchase order from Red Rock Ranch of Five Points, California in the San Joaquin Valley for a solar-powered water pumping system — WorldWater’s proprietary AquaMax — that will operate two irrigation pumps of 60 hp and 30 hp. The total purchase price payable by Red Rock Ranch is US$594,000. Immediate installation of the 72 kW system is planned by WorldWater, which formally dedicated a similar 50 hp AquaMax irrigation system at the DT. Locke Ranch in Mendota, California recently.
