February 4, 2003 [SolarAccess.com] International Biofuel and Biochemical Corp. has signed a Letter of Intent with Guassac & Associates to aid in the development of its business strategies with Native American tribes which have shown a tremendous interest in soy-based fuel production. Guassac & Associates, a Native American-owned company, will be assisting International Biofuel to help develop strategic partnerships with tribal governments across the U.S., develop alliances with federal, state and local governments and regulatory agencies to assist tribes, and to help raise necessary funding to develop strategically placed biofuel plants throughout the U.S.
