January 30, 2003 [SolarAccess.com]Rocky Mountain Institute continues its local speaker series designed to bring the Institute’s exciting, forward-looking solutions home to the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. The events, under the title “RMI’s Quest for Solutions” (RMIQ), are designed to inform locals of RMI’s current work and how it can impact their lives. The theme for this event is “Can Nature Inspire the Building Industry?” It will take place from 5:30-7:00 p.m. February 7 at the Given Institute, 100 East Francis Street, Aspen. This event, the second of three planned for this winter season, will describe how nature is inspiring today’s architecture and building construction.
