Technology Advances in PV and Wind Turbines

PV and wind turbine industry technological advances continue at a rapid pace. Some new technologies announced this year had us scratching our heads in a “I’ll believe it when I see it” kind of way, but there were clearly some advances that will begin to have a real impact on the PV and wind industries in 2003. We think the advances here are among the most interesting innovations for 2002.
