Clean Power Inc., the administrator of Clean Power Income Fund have announced the Fund’s results for the nine months ended September 30, 2002.
Toronto, Canada – November 27, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] The Fund reported operating cash flow of CAN$3.2 million (US$2.3 million) and CAN$11.9 million (US$7.5 million) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2002. Net income was CAN$400,000 (US$253,000) and CAN$5.2 million (US$3.3 million). Clean Power Income Fund is an open-ended income trust that invests in environmentally preferred power generating assets and distributes the resulting cash to unit holders. It is the first fund of any type to be certified under the Government of Canada’s Environmental Choice Program and is eligible to use the EcoLogo in recognition of superior environmental performance and a continuing commitment to environmental excellence.
