September 18, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] China’s State Development Planning Commission recently approved a garbage-fired power plant project in Taiyuan, the capital of northern China’s Shanxi Province. The new garbage-fired power plant will be the largest in northern, northwestern and northeastern China.
