September 12, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] Abengoa SA plans to invest a total of €44 million (US$42.9 million) building two solar energy plants in Seville, southern Spain. Abengoa plans to construct a 10 MW solar energy plant with an expected investment of €36 million (US$35.1 million), as well as investing a further €7.8 million (US$7.6 million) through a consortium it leads in a 1.2 MW plant.
