September 11, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] The energy company of Heidelberg, Germany has committed to invest the additional charges for green energy in new Renewable Energy power plants. An installation of a 35 kW solar system on the roof of a grammar school gymnasium in Helmholtz could be partially financed by the voluntary contribution of the customers.
