The full-page ads in The Washington Post, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Sacramento Bee, Orange County Register, San Diego Union-Tribune and the San Francisco Chronicle spelled out how the RFS provision will mean cleaner air, cleaner water and less dependence on foreign oil, since it also bans MTBE.
