April 29, 2002 [SolarAccess.com] A wind turbine could be built at Baydales School in Marske, England as part of its bid to attain Technology College status next year. Part of the Bydales vision is to become a community focus for the creation of a sustainable environment. One project earmarked to help bring this about is research into the viability of a wind turbine to provide energy for the school. This will help achieve Eco-School status and establish Bydales as a flagship for environmental excellence, encouraging others to work towards the same goal.
