I would like to think that the Gov. of Ga. would follow this example . Way to go Gov. Richardson.

How do you educate the public?
You educate the youth.
The youth are educating their parents on how to use a computer and cell phone.
You get public school teachers to integrate alternative energy information into their curriculum.
