So your demonstration house has an unlimited budget. No limit to your solar panels. if I want government money I'm out. The San Mateo County Building Dept. would have a field day 86ing you permit and building code violations. You know this stuff is great untill you want to build it and the RED TAPE stops you cold. Solve this Big Problem first and maybe the people who really want to join will follow.... Buck......
