This is an elegant low-concentration solar solution both optically and mechanically. The interview didn't include a photo illustrating these strengths, so here's Skyline's website: http://www.skyline-solar.com/
(I'm not affiliated with Skyline, so hopefully this plug won't be misconstrued).

This is a low-concentration CPV system although described as hybrid CSP-PV. I'm sure there's a reason for that, perhaps having to do with unfamiliarity of the public with concentrating solar.

Hopefully by now, most people who subscribe to REW.com realize there are distinct solar energy solutions for roof-top versus ground-based applications. Tracking systems such as Skyline's are usually deployed on the ground while flat panel systems can go on rooftops.

The most important details left out ... what's the rough $/W? minimum installation size (power)? What's the PV material? When will it be available as a plug-in solution for joe-installer?
