I would love to get a pollution-free rental community started. I live in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area and would love to brainstorm with like-minded people about how to bring this about. Right now, there are a lot of individual homeowners who are jumping on the RE bandwagon, but renters seem to be out of luck. This would fill a much needed void.
