I am a project manager working for an independent Energy Services Company (ESCO) in NA. Currently managing a facility and utility support contract with the Department of Defence. Our group has successfully bid, contracted, installed, and is managing a number of Energy Savings Performance Contracts which include energy conservasion measures such as; 10MW Co-Gen Plant, Distributed Heating Systems, Compressed Air for Production, Steam Supply & Condensate Return, Oil to NG Conversions, Lighting Upgrades, HVAC Controls, Insulation, PV, and Water Conservation measures.
