Born the son of a humble carpenter, Vietnam vet, took seven and one half years to get a BS in Biology and BFA in Art from Boise State Univ. Have been; licensed Land Surveyor In Training; Idaho, EMT, truck driver, licensed guide (hunting and back country skiing), building contractor, Atheist, married and divorced and child free (thank gawd). Lived off grid for past 26 years in house of my own design, still energy efficient beyond belief compared to modern designs. Wish I could do it over again knowing what I know now.
