BIO: Russell Hines I live 2 miles from the Mississippi River. Quad-Cities Illinios. Moline specifically. We have had hydro-power here before, in the 30's-50's. John Deere used it, we had saw mills and a number of others I don't know about. I believe Moline used it for awhile to power the city early on. Recent Activity
