US House Passes US $1B Wind R&D Bill
IS there any plan to research and invest in technologies that are still in development like heli-wind generation,magnetic levitation wind power generation, or magnus effect wind turbines. It seems from the bullets that htis article provides that no new innovations are being considered for funding. That's a shame.
