BIO: Rebecca Bruyn, currently unemployed

I am a nurse with a Masters in Public Health. I was recently laid off and am finding ways to make a difference in my community when it comes to energy efficiency and use of renewable energy. I've been a member of the town's Energy Committee for over 4 years and we have recently submitted our application to become a designated Green Community by the state of Massachusetts. I also started a neighborhood energy efficiency group a few years ago to help us all learn how to read our electric bills, find ways to change our behaviors, etc. We met for a year, meeting monthly and learned from one another. Now I am looking for ways to make a living, with my skills in public health, community organizing, education and a very strong dedication to 'living green'. I would welcome any recommendations as to next steps to take!
