BIO: Matthew Stoops, Web Support/IT

A number of years ago, I decided to leave the corporate computer industry and go into Renewable Energy. I took courses at Solar Energy International in Colorado, and following that found a couple jobs, where I worked in many capacities, including installation, wholesale, retail, and education. About this time, I found out about a website in Peterborough, NH, called SolarAccess.com. Although I was living out west, I ironically had a couple connections, in that I grew up in Peterborough, and I used to go to school with the CEO's children. Long story short, my dream came true when I got a job here in 2003, and I've been here every since. I'm back working with computers full-time , and I wear different hats, split between development, IT, database administration and SysAdmin. I have a 10 minute commute, my son's daycare is across the street, and my wife and daughter's school is less than 10 minutes away too. It all keeps me busy, but honestly I couldn't be happier.
