BIO: MILLER HERMAN, President Herman P. Miller III, PE, often called the 20th Century renasonance man with his VRAD© Process, started with building his own “ham” radios and dissecting frogs at age nine, has examined the earth, the sky, and the water as a diver, pilot, sailor, and camper, while working as a designer, builder, operator, manufacturer and marketer in the electronic, aircraft, and shipbuilding industries. Holding a degree from the University of the Pacific as a Management Electrical Engineer, Miller is self taught in microbiology and crosses the lines of all the physical sciences with ease and dexterity. Miller gained the honor of having built the world’s first solid state aircraft transceiver when the pundits ofa large companies said it couldn’t be done and proved its worth flying his light plane around the world in 1966. His interest in anaerobics and the energy its use could unleash began in the 1970s and has been his obsession ever since. Recent Activity
