About Douglas

Douglas Short started Exas Consulting based on his broad experience in the electric and natural gas industries. Doug has been a regulator, consultant, public utility employee, and private retailer employee. He has done the down and dirty analytical work of costing and pricing, led IT teams, and been in charge of product management for a retail organization. Doug believes building integrated photovoltaics and storage are the long-run future, with much disruption until we get there.
