A new green grassroots organization, American Renewable Energy Advocates Society (AREAS), has a solution – increase our reliance on new renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency, and reduce our reliance on aging fossil fuels. According to the vision statement on the AREAS website, AREAS believes this solution will move us toward a world "liberated by clean, renewable, energy that is not a danger for our children or their children."
