My usual question, what are the present ENERGY costs of producing both kinds of solar cells. and therefore the payback times, as well as useful lifetimes? This is the first kind of information needed to properly evaluate such products.
There's talk about separating CO2 from power plant emissions and storing it (I think not in old oil wells). I'm looking for infornation on how they plan to separate from the nitrogen etc. I may have some ideas on how to do it mechanically and viably.
My questions are:
What is the expected lifetime of the buoys, and
What is the expected energy payback time, energy cost of manufacture, installation, maintenance etc. vs. energy output?
If we had a rational money system, dollar values would be similar.
