BIO: Catherine McGanity

A recent graduate of the University of Richmond, I focus my primary research in Carbon Capture and Integration. Looking at algae biomass initiatives and technologies connected to our current carbon economy, I look at increasing the long term utility of carbon emissions. While born and raised in Texas, I keep an open mind to what unconventional ideas or potential lies in the future, and see no reason why we should not explore all options of carbon [bio]sequestration. Mulling over the impossible often leads to brainstorming for the potential.
