With an eductaional background in economics, through being in Houston Texas got involved in the energy industry pimarily in the area of oil and gas, equipment and sevices marketing. My interest in renewable energy sources particularly wind and wave was 'tweaked' with the building of the 1st offshore windfarm by N power adjacent to my Mother's N Wales UK home. Watching that take form and then seeing how Texas oil equipment engineers were using their products and experience gained offshore motivated me to get more involved, as I saw that the direction they were taking was the right one.
