Others are brighter than I, they will discover the way to create the infrastructure. My only contribution to the need for replacing the dwindling supply of cheap oil energy is putting together scenarios where the masses purchase spin-off benefits to subsidize the installution of the infrastructure. The reason this is required is the simple fact that the cost of Renewable Energy is directly related the the cost of energy to create it. Without cheap energy the 1st world economy will spiral down since we have pasted peak oil. To answer the question what will the masses fully pay for, one 1st has to acknowledge we live in the time where we've been taught we are entitled for either business or government to subsidize all ours needs. The fact this is a lie has nothing to do with the fact one at best is soley entitled using ones talents to create wealth in the world. If the world considers ones contributions of value some of that wealth will return to your pocket. The answwer to what the masses will fully pay for is answered in the form of categories - there are only 3 Comfort/Convience, Recreation, & Presitege. As I said the masses expect business &/or government to subsidize the rest. If renewable energy was/is directly econmically viable it would be the norm since the California Energy dibacle.
