Started from the ground up in a small RE company 7 yrs ago. Prefer to work with PV but getting more into wind generation. I have gone thru many training classes at the MREA (Mid-west Renewable Energies Assoc. in WI). Not too many class at our local college so I have been learning all I can from the people who have been in RE since the 70's. Plus my own trial and error. Have done it all...site assessed, sized systems, installed and trouble shoot.
