Broad base of study and experience has allowed development of Pluvinergy. In this concept the environment is improved and repaired and the byproduct is planetary scale energy, water, and food production. As the environmental cost is negative; the monetary cost is orders of magnitude lower than coal energy, yet the scale of production is sufficient for growth and environmental improvement in a more verdant earth of 20 billion inhabitants.
