Dr. C. A. Passey, P. Eng. [B.E.(Hons.), M.Tech., D.Sc., MBA] As Executive Vice President of Spaceage Advanced Technology Limited (SATL), and Chairman & Managing Director of Spaceage Advanced Technology (India) Private Limited (SATIPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SATL, Dr. Passey manages the engineering, R&D, consulting and technology commercialization services of the companies to deliver turnkey solutions for infrastructure, industrial and socioeconomic development projects, including but not limited to industrial development projects in organic agriculture and food processing, bio-pharmaceutical, health and education, housing & tourism development, irrigation, power (solar, thermal, and wind) , and transportation (e.g., modernization and expansion of road and railways transport systems) sectors. SATL/SATIPL can also assist their clients in arranging required financing for projects. SATIPL is currently in the process of setting up a plant in India for manufacturing and marketing solar thermal and waste-heat based distributed power, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to help reduce carbon footprint in production and utilization of energy.
