President & CEO, Hybrid Power Technologies LLC, registered in the state of Kansas, was formed 2005 to develop a new family of patented hybrid power plants that use nuclear and fossil fuel resources. The hybrid-nuclear technology is major breakthrough that dramatically reduces greenhouse gas emissions and leads to energy independence. Mr. Keller is a veteran of the power industry, having directed and performed a wide variety of power station efforts, including: project development, engineering, construction and start-up; as well as plant operations, maintenance, and overhauls. Profit/loss responsibilities have included production facilities valued at hundreds of millions of dollars with budget accountabilities of over +$50 million. Managed a broad range of activities, including: power plant daily operations; capital budgeting; power sales; regulatory compliance; health and safety; emergency planning; financial Pro Forma analysis; loss prevention; plant/process engineering; scheduling; human resources; facility management; strategic planning; business development. Have directed, managed and supervised multi-discipline teams of engineering, craft and operations personnel engaged in the design, construction, start-up, operation and repair of power plants. Extensive engineering, business, management and operations experience involving all types of power plants, including: combined-cycle; pulverized, stoker and fluid bed coal boilers; simple cycle combustion turbines; nuclear; gas fired boilers; and diesels. Process plant experience includes hydrogen production facilities. “Hands-on” operational and technical expertise includes gas turbines, generators, boilers, switchyards, emissions control equipment; steam systems, bulk handling systems; waste and water treatment; cooling towers; plant control systems; electrical high voltage and distribution systems; piping, civil, structural and geotechnical.
