Jordan Hemaidan is a partner practicing in the areas of energy, regulatory law, construction and telecommunications. Mr. Hemaidan has significant experience in regulatory litigation and transactional matters involving complex telecommunications, energy and water issues. Mr. Hemaidan also has extensive construction experience pertaining to drafting and negotiating contracts for designers/builders, owner/contractor, owner/architect, owner/construction manager, as well as residential and EPC contracts. He is well versed in reviewing bid specifications and has significant experience relating to the dispute resolution of claim assessments, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
